Meet Berni.

The founder of Berni K's Rest Revolution, Berni often combines her meditation coaching with her love of the outdoors to help others tap into their natural meditative states to reduce stress and overwhelm.

Berni Kozlowski is a certified meditation teacher who has worked with over 3200 people. With a master's degree in Biology and 25 years in a traditional classroom, Berni brings a research-based approach and a unique style of teaching which appeals to people dealing with racing thoughts who are looking for more joy in life.

Based in Cape May County (NJ), Berni spends her free time walking on the beach in Ocean City.
