Is there a limit to how many sessions I can do each week?
Come to as many classes as you'd like, from one to five a week!
Does it matter if I'm new to meditation?
Not at all! If you're just getting started, we think this is the best way to start building a regular practice that you look forward to.
How much do I have to participate?
It's totally up to you. You can be totally passive and let yourself be guided. Or you can ask questions or share reflections as you wish.
How do I sign-up?
1. Click a sign-up button.
2. Submit your Name and Email.
3. Enter your payment information. You won't be billed for 30 days so the first month of classes is free. You'll be automatically billed every month after your free trial.
4. Check your email inbox or promotion folder for the email invite to pick your classes.
5. Pick as many classes as you'd like and we'll send you the zoom link right away and a reminder the day before each class.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Please call or text 570-240-3444 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long is the commitment for?
Your subscription will go month to month. As long as your subscription is active, we will send you the link to pick your classes for the next month. Cancel anytime.
How do I pick classes each month?
We'll send you a link to pick your classes before the new month starts. You only have to pick classes once a month.
Is the class interactive?
Yes. The guided meditation will last about 20 minutes. The instructor will remain for another 10 minutes for anyone who has questions or comments and needs more personalized support.
Am I required to have my camera on?
You can decide if you want to be seen or heard during class. To reduce any background noise, please leave yourself muted unless you are commenting or asking a question.
Will the classes be recorded?
Classes will not be recorded to safeguard the privacy of attendees. We encourage you to attend live sessions on a regular basis and use the tips you learn to practice on your own.
Anything else I need to know?
You can be anywhere that is comfortable to you, inside or outside. If you'd like, bring a notebook to jot down any teaching points or insights you'd like to remember.

Apps are great for guided meditations. However getting live coaching will help you meditate more often on your own, without being connected to a device. Sign up and come to a few classes and find out for yourself. We know your life is busy, and we designed this program to work within your schedule.
During my 25 years as a science teacher and summer camp director, I gave to others without taking care of myself. After being one of my mom's caretakers during her cancer journey and dealing with my own health issues, I discovered meditation as a tool for emotional resilience and as a way to reverse the very real and devastating impact of stress.
As a certified meditation instructor, I am passionate about helping people on the cancer journey to restore and sustain balance in life, starting with getting over the guilt of taking a rest.
I'll share the best quick-hitting practices to help you reduce stress and overwhelm. You'll be surprised that meditation doesn’t take a lot of time or discipline in order for it to “work." I'm confident that these sessions will help you take the first step toward getting joy and resilience in your life!
