  • What's it all about? Laughing for a few minutes can keep you grounded and help you release anger. Learn the skill of laughing easily and frequently. Great for people who need a healthy release of energy!

Meet Berni.

The founder of Berni K's Rest Revolution, Berni often combines her meditation coaching with her love of the outdoors to help other tap into their natural meditative states to reduce stress and overwhelm.

Berni Kozlowski is a certified meditation teacher who has worked with almost 3000 people. With a master's degree in Biology and 25 years in a traditional classroom, Berni brings a research based approach and a unique style of teaching which appeals to people dealing with racing thoughts who are looking for more joy in life.

Based in Asheville, North Carolina, Berni spends her free time hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
