You Will Learn How To
Impact Your Classroom.
It's critical that you model calm before you start sharing these tools in your classroom by focusing on YOUR practice and well-being.
Find your calm place.
Learn to meditate in a way that helps you stay profoundly calm in the face of overwhelm. This will impact your students as well as your life at home.
Deal with a Racing Mind.
We live complex lives in a complex world. It’s no wonder that our racing minds join us for meditation! Learn how to slow down the pace and even sleep better at night.
Meditate More Easily.
Discover a no-rules approach. You don't have to sit cross-legged on the floor, wear certain clothes, or practice for a long time to get results.
Educators have hectic lives. This asynchronous model creates flexibility while allowing for regular interactions with the instructor.
Investing in employee wellness pays for itself with employees who are more resilient, have fewer sick days, and experience less burnout. The cost per person is $100.
With 26 years of experience as a Biology teacher, Berni understands the inherent joys and challenges of teaching and brings a grounded, accessible approach to meditation based on research.
Each module is research-based and includes practical mindfulness and meditation techniques based on the physiology and neuroscience of the relaxation response. Each module is about 1 hour.

I believe in the power of meditation and have been dabbling in it for the past couple of years through books, podcasts, etc., but Berni helped me to turn the corner and make it a part of my life.
