Bernadette (Berni) Kozlowski

After being one of my mom's caretakers during her cancer journey and dealing with my own health issues, I discovered mindful meditation as a tool for emotional resilience and as a way to reverse the very real and devastating impact of stress.

As a certified meditation instructor, I am passionate about helping people on the cancer journey to restore and sustain balance in life, starting with getting over the guilt of taking a rest.

I'll share the best quick-hitting practices to help you reduce stress and overwhelm. You'll be surprised that meditation doesn’t take a lot of time or discipline in order for it to “work." I'm confident that these sessions will help you take the first step toward getting joy and resilience in your life!


Jenn Taylor

Jenn Taylor is a heart-centered entrepreneur and CEO of Sacred Connections Coaching & Energy Work. Jenn uses her 15 plus years experience in the holistic community to serve and support her clients’ journeys. She is a Certified BodyMind Coach, Reiki Master, and Intuitive, who teaches her clients to reconnect with their body, its messages, and inner wisdom.

Her clients experience less anxiety, stress, pain, and frustration.  They experience true embodiment, and that’s the key to moving forward and making change.

Jenn is a momma to four amazing kiddos. She lives in sunny Florida with her hubby and youngest daughter, whom she homeschools. Jenn thrives when she's adventuring, relaxing on the beach, reading, educating and inspiring others.

Is there a limit to how many sessions I can do each week?

Come to as many classes as you'd like. These are drop-in classes so no worries if you have to miss. Remember that people get the most out of meditation when they practice on a regular basis.  

What if I'm new to mindful meditation?

All levels are welcome! No experience is needed.

Are the classes free?

Yes, thanks to funding from Shore Medical Cancer Center.

How much do I have to participate?

It's totally up to you. You can choose to only listen or you can ask questions or share reflections during the session.

What happens when I sign up?

Once you enter your name and email, you'll then pick the classes you want. We'll send you reminders each week with the Zoom link for your classes.

Is the class interactive?

Yes. The guided meditation will last about 20 minutes. The instructor will remain for another 10 minutes for anyone who has questions or comments and needs more personalized support.

Am I required to have my camera on?

You can decide if you want to be seen or heard during class. To reduce any background noise, please leave yourself muted unless you are commenting or asking a question.

Will the classes be recorded?

Classes will not be recorded to safeguard the privacy of attendees.

Anything else I need to know?

You can be anywhere that is comfortable to you, inside or outside. Some participants may choose to bring a journal to jot down anything that resonates.

“How is this Different from Using an App?”

Apps are great for guided meditations. However getting live coaching will help you meditate more often on your own, without being connected to a device. Sign up and come to a few classes and find out for yourself. We know your life is busy, and we designed this program to work within your schedule.
